has anyone used this turbo before? I did a quick search, and i was only link to a couple threads about this so cal super 16. I talk to hahn (great guys) Their completly cost of their kit comes up to $1206. It comes with the following ceramic coasted 02 housing, wastgate actuator, spacer plate, mounting plate, arp studs & gaskets, stainless oil feed and return components, and of course the turbo. They say it flows 575 cfm @15psi. I dont know, i dont see many people with this turbo, so I was just curious what other people with experience have to say.

oh i found some of my anwsers, by doing a more in dept search! LOL

Super 16g.. sounds so 1999 and brings some good memories. No, not about the turbo, I never had it. Just about those times. Sorry for useless post.

Honestly if you ever have a chance to drive a car with the super 16g you will be completely impressed with it. The first DSM I ever drove was one that had the super 16g and that car was the reason I got hooked on these cars. It is a very good turbo and I personally like it more than any of the regular 16g's.

Yes, I feel that the evo3 16g has a hotside that is too small for they potential of the compressor wheel. A bigger turbine housing or a clip can really wake it up. AND give us ameture tuners a chance at getting to the potential of the compressor on pump gas. The super 16g employed this concept.

You recently said something like that in the 16g vs 18g thread. How do you feel about the bullseye housing for mitsu turbos?
