I just ordered my E316G and I'm also about to order my fuel mods to go with it and wondered which ones to get. Should i get 550's or 660's. Will the 190 be enough or should i go ahead and get the 255? Also which FPR should i go for, and do i need a better fuel rail?

Get 550's if your using a safc setup. If your going with dsmlink and/or plan to upgrade to bigger turbo in future then get the 660's. Same with the fuel pump 190 if your sticking with 550's and the evo3. Get the 255 and fpr if you plan to go bigger in future. No need for a new fuel rail either, stock is good.
The 550/190 setup is good on a fwd for over 300fwhp with the rest of the supporting mods. If you plan to push the evo16 and/or plan to upgrade in future then go with the bigger setup.
heres a good fpr setup http://www.importevolution.com/prod...=1620&osCsid=4fa391151e77d9deb4ff41dc70b14f59

If you go with 190 you can get by without a AFPR, but if you get the 255 you will definately need one. Aeromotive is generally considered among the best all around fpr to go with and Import Evolution has a good price on their kits.

If you upgrade the injectors, you WILL need a way to tune the air/fuel at the same time. If you have 550s they are way easier to tune with a AFC than 650s, but I see you have DSMlink in your plans for ecu managment. In that case, I would get 650s but again, you must get some kind of tuning tool at the same time as larger injectors. The last thing you need to worry about among those parts is the fuel rail.

Edit: well he beat me to it, LOL

Ok so ill get the 190 and 550's I'm gonna just order the kit from ExtremePSi with the pump injectors, and the SafcII. My stock pump is rewired now should the 190 be rewired also? Eventually I will probably go to a bigger turbo and will need the bigger pump and injectors, but i cant afford anything more than the Safc to tune with for now.

Well if you plan to get the bigger turbo, get the 255 and Import Evolution's FPR kit. It will save you needing to double up by buying the 190 now, then paying more for a 255 down the road. Just get it out of the way now. And as far as injectors, you can just wait until you have enough money for DSM Link, buy it, and tune your stock injectors as your car sits right now. Then, when you have saved up enough again, buy some larger injectors, put them in, and change the simple DSM Link setting to compensate for them.

That's the order at which I would go about doing it. I mean, if you are going to get DSM Link, why waste your money on an SAFC? Just do your mods once and do them right.

Do you have an eprom ecu in that 95? If so I'd go with dsmlink considering your goals, even if that means waiting on the fuel delivery while keeping boost reasonable. Don't forget you need a logger to go with that safc, and that combo is like eating soup with a fork. I regret ever having done so and am so glad I have dsmlink now.

And if you have an Eprom, you can also look at getting a Stage III chip from www.dsmchips.com.

The 190 pump is good for 400whp (according to www.forcedpeformance.net). You don't need a better fuel rail, you can get a AFPR with the 190 if you want, but it is not necessary. If you plan to upgrade your turbo, then get the 255 or the 255hp.

The wiring for the the 190 will just plug into your stock wiring, so it's already rewired :thumb:
