A lot of people have used the scm 61 and had great results. It's more of a proven turbo. It looks like you would want to go the bb rout if you get this turbo, which is nice but then you get into water lines, oil restrictors/filters and extra crap.

I like the Borg/Warner compressor map. I think these turbos have some potetial but no one wants to try them because they are so freaking expensive for a journal bearing turbo. They obviously work well though, being Brent Rau uses a Borg Warnner. I was in your shoes a few months ago and I almost went with the T3 Borg Warner but I saw that I could get a full Garrett gt35r for about the same price. And we all know what that turbo can do. I'm glad I made the choice that I did. I just think if your going to get a turbo that flows 65lb/min you need a hot side that can match the compressor. But that's just my opinion and I know a lot of guys love the mitsu hybrids. I also would like to know a little more about bullseyes new turbine housing. It sure looks nice, but looks and performance are two different things. I haven't heard of any real world data on it either. If your going with a bolt on hybrid though I would get a fp 3065 simply because of fp's turbine housing. For being a mitsu bolt on t.h. it flows well. I would like to see someone run the Borg Warner though just to see what it can do.

TPS had twin S256s on their supra with the BEP Stainless turbine housings and it made over 950whp though an auto tranny. Those turbine housings will flow alot more than 500hp. I would say in the 600hp range, but I have not seen any dynos in that range YET.

Thats good to know. So the turbine housings are bep on the dsm bullseye turbine housings? Surely the Supra wasn't using mitsubishi flanged turbine housings.

They were the New Stainless Steel T3 inlet 4/5 bolt outlet.
