hey guys, i want to paint my intercooler piping just to make under my hood look nice, whats the best paint i should use ? thanks guys :dsm: :dsm: :dsm: :dsm: :dsm:

The best paint is usually high temp engine paint... Amanel paint (I know its spelt wrong though). Just sand the piping... toss a thin layer of Primer. Then when dries put a thick layer of primer. Put a very thin layer of your color paint, then do another thin (but thicker than the first)... wait a day then put on a nice coat. This just insures that the paint will stick each time.... too much paint at once will just peel. Make sure you clean the pipes from grease and dirt.

I'd personally use the krylon high-temp engine paint. That's what I have on my vc and I've never had any problems
