no boost

i just assembled my newly rebuilt motor and now that the car is running i have no boost. it sounds and feels like it starts to boost in first but as soon as it gets moving it wont boost. ive got the vacuum line from the j pipe to the wastegate actuator, so basically i eliminated the stock boost controller. what else could cause this?

Do a boost leak test, a lot of things tend to get overlooked(like hose clamps and j-pipe bolts) when changing out motors/turbos/IC pipes, etc.

Could be the flapper blowing open, is the wastegate arm connected?
