I got a 97 GSX Automatic with a 14b set at 12 psi and 3 inch turbo back. When its floored it holds at 12psi till about 5500 and then starts to rise, then as the tranny pulls out of gear to shift from 2-3 it will hit 21-23 and cut out. I have my MBC as low as it can go and dont know what else to do, gimme a hand i lost to an 06 eclipse today b/c of it:tease:
 
Yeah I realize that but anyway I'm looking for some help anyone got answers? I've been told fuel pump and rewire, but that isnt going to solve the boost level?
 
I dunno...with it being an automatic that sorta throws me off, but that sorta sounds like the blow-off valve isn't operating properly, cause obviously when you shift you loose a lot of your pressure, just watch your boost gauge (i hope you have one!). That would be my guess...Check that out.

Yeah, I wasnt sure about the whole auto thing, i didnt know if they lost some load during a shift which gave a partial pressure loss or not, im really not too informed on the auto dsms. I was confused when i saw a tranny cooler the other day on one.
 
Thanks for the input guys, I'm not sure how it would be my blow off valve when I have my mbc set at 13 psi. I have a crushed 1g bov. Some guys have told me its the wastegate problem. I have complete 3" exhaust and have heard the 14b wastegate cant keep up with super high flowing exhaust.....Maybe?
