Are all 4 bolt o2 housings the same as far as diameter or do they come different diameters and what is the diameter of a GT35R's o2 housing if so?
Depends on what exhaust wheel your running... I have a Gt35R in a 5-bolt housing and it is just a tad over 2.5" big.. I needed the 5-bolt for fitment issues with the turbonetics manifold.. Otherwise i would have went with the 4 bolt... They both have been dynoed back to back and the 4-bolt netted 7whp more and 50rpm spool difference, this was on a 600whp car.. So 5-bolt is not a bad choice...

im not to sure but i know for a fact that my 35r with a 4bolt .82a/r exhaust side the flange is 3''.. I guess it just depends on what you ask for/get.

The garrett gt35r is a 3 inch 4 bolt outlet and the PTE gt35r is 2.5 outlet.

As said above, there are 3" and 2.5" 4 bolt flanges on GT35Rs depending which one you have. If you have the 2.5 inch one, I have an 02 housing I would sell for $150 that is pretty much brand new.
