are t3 and t25 mounting flanges are completely different?

The Greddy 18g on Ebay has the t25/t28 outlet on the hotside, so I can only assume it is a Greddy t25 style housing, which has of course, the t25 inlet on the turbine housing. Is that a smaller inlet than on a t3? The reason I ask is I am considering it for my 280Z, however the ZX turbo exhaust manifold is flanged for a t3...just curious.
 
t25 is regular dsm style flange. Yes its is a little skinner the the t3 but at the same times it taller. Kinda hard to explain but you can tell the difference if you compare the dsm turbo to that of the one on your 280. If i was you id choose something a little bigger for a 280. More along the lines of a bb 50trim....
 
An 18g would do pretty nicely on my 280Z. The thing I'm worried about is the bolt patterns won't match up. That would suck. I'll probably have to let it pass and find something else. I was going t3/t04b or t04e but I'm always on the lookout for options. Maybe someone on here will be selling a hybrid with a t3 flange at a good price and I can snatch it up :D

Sorry, but it's not, T25/T28 is a t3-style flange(just not as wide), the stock T25s on our cars are Mitsu-flanged.
