OK I just bought a brand new evo III 16g off turbochargers.com, no not the tawain version, the MHI unit.
Here are my following mods that apply to my car:
hacked 1g maf, 550cc injectors, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, Apexi SAFC, 3" turboback with vibrant 3" stock looking muffler, MBC, greddy turbo timer, tripple gauge pod with air/fuel, boost, and oil pressure,Exedy stock clutch, 1g BOV, ES inserts, ported big16g, Palm pilot m100 datalogger, FMIC w/ 2.5inch piping, FTS AFPR, Evo III 16g ported w/34mm, stainless braided oil supply, arp headtsuds, ffwd connection dks 272 cams
Sorry for all the mods that dont apply to performance i copied and pasted straight off my profile.
Well heres the deal I would like to hit 330whp on piss 91 octane gas daily thats been my goal I know its possible ive seen it done many times with the 16g im a big believer in it, I actually know a guy that dyno`s 420awhp on a evo with stock cams no nitrous on 91 octane. I was just wondering if any of the successful evoIII 16g guys have any tips they would liek to share, my goal is to tune for 20-22 lbs daily which would probably get me close to that mark. I know I will have mixed opinions on wether my injectors can handle that much but im confident they will be fine at that but no higher. Well let me know what you guys have to say.
Also I do plan on porting the 2g exhaust manifold that I am going to get the o2 housing as well as the turbo including the 34mm flapper I orderd.
