I have looked on the forums, but nothing seems to fit my problem. I have been running 15 psi on my stock motor, and am getting a Buschur Stage 1 short block and tranny put into my car on the 27th due to massive oil blow-by. I haven't been getting on it due to this, but I was a little P.O. coming home from my girlfriends house and decided to let it all out. I pulled from 2nd to 4th at 15 psi, no problem. I then noticed after shifting into 5th that my car wasn't running right, seemed to be lagging. So I tried to build some boost and nothing. I checked for leaks and found nothing and all of my lines are still connected. When I try to build boost my car does't seem to want to move and it hesitates after I shift. Nothing "appears" to be broken anywhere on the car. Any advice? Thanks.

During idle the rpms drop really low and it tries to stall. During normal driving it feels as if it wants to stall, and it isnt smooth acceleration, almost like running on 3 cylinders but not near as rough as that.

Check to make sure the wastegate actuator hasn't fallen off the flapper arm and that the flapper arm isn't getting stuck open.
I've had this hapen to me on my DD before, it almost like you're turbo shaft is cesed, you might want to pull off the intake pipe and just try to spin the turbo with you finger.

In rare cases I've had a few cars come into my shop thtat the turbine wheel has sheared off and is sitting somewhere in the downpipe.:notgood:

Well I figured it out. I blew the turbo seals. I noticed oil driping from my SMIC and I actually got pulled over for excisive smoke. I just had my car towed to Buschur to have my short block and tranny(both Buschur builds) put in. I am also going to have a small 16g put in for better reliability, plus I dont want to do a huge turbo swap right now. Thanks for the help.

You actually had oil dripping from your SMIC? Damn, that sucks. Make sure you clean everything out really good with some gasoline or rubbing alcohol before you get your car back on the road. The last thing you really need is to have that oil staying in your intake tract.
