So I have this FMIC that I bought and I just picked up an FP 3065. My question is how much boost is acceptable for this front mount and at what point will I have to run a CO2 sprayer.

P.S. dont' worry about supporting mods, have forged motor, 1000cc injectors, ect. Planning on maxing out this turbo and intercooler setup.WTF

Your best bet might be to call up Apexi and ask them what pressure the intercooler is leak tested at, how efficient is it, how much does it flow, etc...

I've pressure tested mine to 30 psi without issue. I've also run it on road courses, but on a much smaller turbo with no heat soak issues.

You'd really have to do temperature monitoring pre and post IC to determine on your setup when a sprayer would be needed.

The good part about the above mentioned is I have an AEM EMS with a 3.5 bar map and a GM intake temp sensor.
