faulty wastegate??

alright so im thinking i got a faulty wastegate because i hookd up my dejon Hi-low mbc. i know i have it hooked up right, ive double checked it tripple checked and quadrupal checked it, and no matter what setting i put the hi setting at on the boost controller i still get 15 psi,
does this mean i have a bad wastegate or mbc.
and the other day i loosened up the wastegate arm and now i only get 10 psi, whats up with that shit????

the looser your wastegate the lower the boost that is required to open the wastegate, that's why it's opening at 10 psi.

make sure your wastegate is working properly by applying pressure into the WGA with it disconnected from flapper arm. pump air into it and make sure it opens and closes.

It also could be the mbc is not hooked up properly, and thus not creating any boost. The boost is just going straight through the mbc, and not doing its job.

The Dejon MBC is a ball-spring type... If it was hooked up backwards he would overboost; the wastegate wouldn't see any boost at all.

i took a picture of the top of my mbc think that Lock part has anything to do with it????
