pte 4431e 60 trim install problem

So im trying to mount my turbo, but the problem is that the little knotch on the turbo housing is touching a bolt where the water line for the t25 used to be... ive tryed grinding the knotch on the turbo housing but it doesnt seem to be working...any other suggestions???

You just need to rotate the compressor housing. And/or beat in the waterpipe for clearance.

Do what i did take the water pipe to machine shop have then cut it and then weld it and grind the area smooth worked perfectly and i was only out of $20 bucks. Heres a pic for you to see

Just clock the compressor side untill it fits. My 60-1 did the same thing untill I clocked it correctly and it fits great.

I think im gonna just get the sbr cast manifold...that way i can go with an external wastegate instead of the adjustable internal...
