i have one. I have not used it yet however.

One of my friends has a "mishimoto" intercooler, he runs a 50 trim and you can see that it works because the lower intercooler pipe gets cooking hot, the upper intercooler pipe is ice cold. So i think that it gets its job done well. The flow rate i cannot comment on.
