Ok this is what Im thinking. Right now on my car I have

Injen intake
Apexi turboback
1st gen bov
255 fuel pump
I'm about to put a front mount, couldn't pass up the price.

My question is, after the front mount is on what should I do? I have a 14b sitting in my garage that I had planned on putting on. I just need a few things to do that. If I did do that, what kind of boost should I run? But if I said screw the 14b and got a t-28, what kind of boost could I run with that? Would the t-28 give me a lot more power? Thanks

Most people go with T28 because it's a direct bolt replacement for T25. If you already have a 14b, with proper feed and return lines, I would stick to the 16g family. I would also suggest an afpr (adjustable fuel pressure regulator) to fix the overrun.
