whats the deal my friends 2g spyder pushes 14 psi stock but then at higher rpm's like 5,6,7 the boost goes down to like 12 psi???? what could you do to fix this and why running 14 psi stock i thought they ran like 10 stock

Mine runs more like 15-16. I took out the wastegate restrictor and now it spikes to about 21psi on launches, so the turbo can push that much lower in the gears. But once you get to the higher rpms the t25 is too small and loses its umph so the pressure should drop off a little. That seems a little too much though, so I would run a boost leak test on the intake piping.

are u referring to an a factory or aftermarket boost gauge? factory ones arent very accurate, also weather can have some effect on boost numbers. you say that hes boosting 14psi but around 5,6,7k it fades to 12 is this in top gear? in your lower gears how much can it hold to redline or does it fall like this in each gear. when i get back to vero in june ill be looking aroun for u.

most smaller turbos like the t-25 cant hold high boost to redline.. check for intake leaks just incase, its always a good idea! :thumb:
