how much boost can i run?

decided to go crazy with the visa today and ordered a turbo, injectors and afc. Im just wondering how much boost i can safely run, because i have to make due right now with my stock side mount intercooler as a front mount is not quite in my budget.

Heres my setup: 1995 TSi AWD

-93oct fuel
-Evo III 16g GT turbo (comes ported w/ upgraded wastegate) clipped by Buschur
-660's
-S-AFC II
-3" turboback w/ offroad pipe, ported o2 and manifold
-ACT 2600 w/ ACT X-ACT flywheel
-Extreme tech. MBC
-BR UICP w/ TurboXS recirculated bov

anyway just wondering how hard i can push the turbo b4 i have to worry about getting a front mount. Id rather be safe than sorry, so let me know what you guys think....

you'll want to get a 190lph or 255lph pump first...

I'd say 17 psi is fine. just don't get on it for a long duration during the summer

I would also re-wire the pump, it makes a huge difference. You are also going to need an adjustable fpr and a datalogger.

I hate these questions.. You can run as much boost until the car knocks/pulls timing. Im hoping you ordered a logger along with this stuff.

you can run more then stock boost with all that stuff, which is pretty sweet.

I run 22psi all day long with pretty much the same stuff you have except i have 720cc and DSMLink. no prblems at all.
