I can boost for 800 dollars

Ok...this is like...extremly tempting. 800 Dollars. 1990 Laser RS Turbo AWD. It's in NY. It runs and it has 130K on the clock. but this is a very very good deal IMO. Ok...so it's 3 hours away. I think this is a very good Buy. But the thing is...I am gonna look into the car extremly hard bfore i make any decisons on it. Pictures, Backround Info, Carfax it if i have to. It has stock turbo, the only mods it has is boost gague, no cats, and some free mods. I could drive it home...but I wouldn't have plates or insurance or registration.

So...i'm highly contemplating this...and willing to risk a minor setback finaccially to get the car.

I need some advice...i mean i am going to be smart about this...but i also know when i want somethign and it's right in front of me I usually go get it. This is possible..things just need to pan out for me and hopefully everything will be ok.

AHHH I could be boosting...It's so tempting. WHY DO I HAVE TO BE POOR

It's probably goin to need a timing belt, wires, plugs, fuel filter, tires, etc. I'd look it over some more before blowing $800 on it. Might need another $2000 in repairs.

just because a car runs doesn't mean it's in good shape. Do a compression test, leakdown test, get all the service records, take it for a drive, and look it over VERY carefully. If it grinds gears or sputters then don't buy it. Then again it's only $800 .. you could always resell it for at least that if for some reason something does turn out to be wrong as long as it's nothing major. How is the body on it?

There is no such thing as a 1990 Laser RS Turbo AWD. They didn't make AWD Lasers until the 1992 model year. So you may want to double check some things, however $800 for a FWD running turbo dsm is still a pretty good deal.
