I've tried three different BOV's and only the turbo XS RFL will blow off. Greddy type s wont (adjusted all the way out) my new greddy type RS wont (adjusted all the way out, even took a spring out) They just flutter. Vacuum line is connected properly. Pulling about 12HG at idle and -15 to -16HG when i let off. It just flutters even at 15-16lbs of boost. So whats the deal? I have tried running the BOV directly to the "p" on the TB and still no go. I run a FMIC with 2.5 inch piping if it matters and no major leaks. Turbo is also a 60-1. I remember back on the 14b the type S was loud as heck.. Now nothing.

i got the same problem no psssssssssshti think i have a boost leak though i dont hit full boost till almost 4k :notgood:

Double check the adjustment screw. It might be stripped out. I dont know if Greddy fixed it with their new BOV but mine stripped. It shouldnt be backed all the way out though. Are you trying to get it to blow off by just reving? :thumb: :talon:

screw not stripped, backed all the way out, only one spring in it and still flutters... AHHHH

Sounds like big ol boost leak, you should be pullin way more then 12hg at idle. My car is at 19-20 which where it should be.
i live 5200ft above sea level, 12hg is normal.. i finally got it to blow off.. I put the light spring in it and adjusted it all the way out. the bov was fully open at idle..
