I was wondering if anybody has any numbers for the 50 trim version that Speed factor currently have on sale. I'm still debating on whether I should go with this V-trim or the 50 trim. I originally was thinking about the PTE 50 trim but I really like the exhaust housing on the Bullseye turbos. It'll be for mainly a daily driver which does more highway runs than anything. Any feedbacks with be appreciated. Thanks.

we only had a limited amount made and a little under half of them have been picked up already, so far great reviews. I'm going to try to see if i can get a few of them to post some info.

Please do feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions.

I had an AGP RS49-50 trim with the bullseye turbine. Nice, very beefy turbine. Nice resoponse even at part throttle. Mark

Thanks Mark. It just seems that nobody seems to have pick these 50 trims up yet. And Martin, haven't you gotten any trials with a shop car or something on this yet. I'm ready to buy a new turbo (was leaning towards to PTE 50 trim) since my stock are on its last breath... maybe you can give me a package deal too for the turbo, install kit and a set of 650cc FICS. :thumb:

Also, if anybody else has any experience with these I truly appreciate it.

we haven't be able to Dyno it just yet because of the fact that this move has just owned my schedule lately but on the GST we are running this one on here it is seeing great spool (much like the t04b that was on it) and it pulls a lot harder in the mid and top end. The install was much easier since no denting or anything was needed and we are having fun with it.

If you have any specific questions shoot me an e-mail or contact me on AIM: thespeedfactor

I just ordered mine, I will post any comments when I get it, I had a PTE 50 trim and the oil seal on the turbine went out. Sent it in for the warrenty, They must think that I was born yesterday or something, cause they tried to say that it had injested something and this was messed up and that was messed up and they wouldn't honor the warrenty. Well I know for a fact that it didn't have the problems they said cause I inspected it myself before I sent it off and took pics. And I am not the only person here having a problem with PTE turbo's. So I am done with them. I really like the way the turbine housing is set up on this Bullseye 50 trim. we'll see how good this one is. Nick

i picked up that turco from martin...looks awsome...i will be dropping my new motor and turbo in on the 26th march and will let you know how it goes...dee :talon:

I just ordered it as well. I'll be sure to post a review when I get it on next week :thumb:

Well I just recieved the turbo and install kit yesterday. I have a few pic of it out the box. I installed it this after noon and test drove it just now. I seemed to pull very nice and I only have it sit to 17 psi. I will deive it a bit more for the brake in and then turn it up a bit more. I will also take more pics of it installed, if any one is interested. :thumb: The only problem that I had installing is that the oil drain line from the turbo to the oil pan was pretty difficult because the line seems to be a hair short. But I was able to get it on after a little elbow grease, LOL.

I just received my Bullseye T04b "50 trim" yesterday. I can't WAIT to get it on. This looks like a really nice turbo. I'm just waiting for the drain line to ship (should be here early next week). As soon as it gets here and I get the car running, I'll be sure post a review on it. Also, I'll give you all some airflow numbers (via dsmlink) at about 16-17 psi for this turbo too. :dsm:

Well, so far my review on the Bullseye T04B 50 Trim is good. It spools to full boost(17psi) by 3800rpm and it pulls very nicely, for a 50 trim. After I put a few more miles on it I will turn up the boost. But for the first impression, a very good turbo!!! :thumb: I will take some pics of it in the car tomorrow and post it. Hopefully this turbo will perform better than the last one( PTE 50 Trim) and not have any oil problems. Til next time...

If you can, post the review on this thread so we (or maybe just meROFL) dont have to go back and forth - plus you guys could compare and it'll be more benificial/educational :p

here are a couple of pic of the Bullseye T04B 50 Trim in the car.

I don't think that it is necessary to have them. There is plenty of room as you can see.

I appreciate all the response so far, pics too, can't wait to get mine soon. :thumb:

Anyway, I noticed on the pic that there was a stud missing on the exhaust on the same spot as mine (2G even) seems that this is way too common :notgood:

No kidding, I've even got a missing stud on mine except it's on the other side. I just use copper gasket spray to help keep the manifold/gasket from leaking.

Anyways, I've had this turbo sitting in my living room for about a week now. The car is fully prepped and ready to drop the turbo in. I'm just waiting for the oil drain line to get here (was out of stock when I placed my order). I'll post a nice review once I get it on the car! :)

I am looking at the RS49T or a Bullseye so your posts interest me. Are my eyes fuzzy or is something strange in your pics.....I thought the 50 trims were so big that the coolant pipe needed to be dented but your turbo has at least 1" clearance. Am I missing something here? Is your exhaust manifold different?

Have you cranked the boost over 17psi yet?

Thanks

I have an RS49T. It fit in my GVR4 without denting the water pipe. I had to clock it upward, so I ground off about a millimeter of the water pipe spigot, but that took about 2 seconds and is probably unnecessary on a TEL.

Spool is great; feels better than my 20G/TD06H did. Installation was cake, especially with no water lines to deal with. Doesn't blow smoke or leak oil. I feed from the filter housing with the FP -4 inline filter, in addition to the filter that AGP/Turbonetics include on the turbocharger oil inlet.
