car sitting for 1 year, needs ad tuning

i have a 96 talon and before i bought it, it had been sitting for about a year. when i first started it up it took a few cranks then it rolled over and ran a little rough but that cleared through then started to run ok. the only problem is, is that it blows out a steady stream of white smoke, but i dont think its the head gasket becuase my coolent levels are fine, but i heard that it could be from the condensation that built up in the exhaust and is steaming out....could that be true. and the say when i take off or just rev it up it will blow out some blue smoke, but i heard that it could be the fact that its running rich....i need to know if thats true, and also its running below a quarter tank of gas thats been in that tank for a year....so i need to know what are the first things i should do to get her running great without any exhaust problems.

Dump in a can of fuel treatment, fill the tank the rest of the way up with fresh gas, and drive it five miles. Then swap out the oil. First chance you get, flush the clutch and brake fluid. It should wake up just fine.
