WELL, let me say that this has been one of the most annoying months in my life. I just finished rebuilding the engine and now I am having problems up the ying yang. Here is what I got, stock 2g bottom end, 1g head intake tb, no egr took off the tb heater from the bottom of the tb, frank 19c, fmic, bov, safc II pocket logger(i have yet to figure this out yet, if you think that it will help in the invetigaion of the problem then I will giveit a stab but right now i have no clue as to how to use it) , oil, egt, boost, a/f gauges, 255 in tankrc 550s. Now to the problem, when i finnaly got it together, the engine is idling VERY high, 3000 rpm, and so i asked a friend what to change the safc settings to right nowto be safe and hopefully get it to idle lower so I corrected everything to - 15(lo and hi) That helped a little now it is at like 2500 rpm and i really dont know what i gotta do. My boost gauge reads vaccume so I dont think that there is a leak in the vaccume lines, another thing, I have an oil pressure gauge and it goes down to like 15 at 100 rpm is that ok? WEll I hope that someone can help me. If you think that you can really walk me through this that would be great if you could call me that would be even better. you caould PM or email me and tell me your # and I could call you back so that you dont get charged so if that is cool. well thanks for any help

Posting your phone number in a public place like DSMTuners is about as bad an idea as dating Oprah. I'd edit your post and get rid of it if I were you.

You can't fix the idle speed with the SAFC, stop trying.

If the idle is too high, air is getting past the throttle body. That means that the throttle plate isn't closing enough, or you have a vacuum leak.
