O2 @.91v @ idle..PLease help!

O2 voltage at .91v at idle, and car sputters hard at low RPM and after each shift. Car runs good at higher RPM and at around 30% throttle and up.. Please help..

I hope your BOV isn't vented to atmosphere.

It could be the Walbro 255 pump is overrunning your stock fpr.

O2 volts are supposed to cycle above and below 0.5 V.

No. It is still a closed system.. Anyway, I found the problem...My brother changed my sensor type from Karman to Flap. Now the car runs wonderful again...

i read this thread last night and tried to do the same to see if it would correct my problem of having .98V at cruising. I'm not sure if it worked but i switched it to FLAP i think and the only thing that seem to change at all was my o2 sensor started acting really slow.

Goober, we don't have a FLAP type of air meter. We have a Karmann type air meter. Set the AFC to Karmann. Please don't try to use FLAP in an attempt to fix something else. Larry is saying that the problem was that his brother switched it to FLAP.

Thats right and that is why my O2v were staying in the 90's all the time..Anyway problem solved.Thanks for all the help guys.
