BCS Modification ????????

I am wondering does removing the restrictive sleeve in the bcs really
give you a increase in boost and is it safe?...also does changing the stock vacum hose to 5/32 help the mod to be more succesfull ?
IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON THIS SUBJECT PLEASE INFORM ME !!!

removing the BCS will allow you to make about 1-2more lbs of boost.. not sure about the vacuum hosing though..

I removed the BCS and did a 5/32" hose and I had 14.5 psi of boost. That was with a 3" cat-back and air filter.

HAVE A BOOST GAUGE BEFORE YOU DO THIS!!!!! You might forget to attach a hose and have over boost or one of the hoses that go to the wastegate actuator has a restrictor in it. That hose has to stay!! If you take out the hose with the restrictor it will only run 9psi.
