How does the S-AFC compare to the E-manage? what are the advantages and disadvantages of each? thanks!

A book could be written about this subject.

The SAFC intercepts the airflow signal to the ECU, nothing more.

The E-Manage, with the proper software, intercepts the timing and IPW signals AFTER the ECU, and modifies them.

The E-manage has a higher resolution on its fuel and timing maps.

The E-Manage is a better system, no doubt, but a bit harder to use and more expensive. Also, keep in mind that it is useless unless you buy all the optional harnesses and sensors and crap.

The emanage also uses the airflow signal to scale down fuel flow, just like the AFC. The emanage can only add pulsewidth to the injectors, not decrease it. So it does some tuning via the airflow maps, and you can also increase the pulsewidths directly and tune timing via the software.

it also has an option so you can enter different injectors sizes and it will compinsate (spelling) for them
