What high boost should I be running with a 190lph walbro, 550's, and a 16g (and all the other supp mods)? I tried out 17psi and logged it, and the timing seemed to be fine (highs at -11 on safc). Im only running 93 octane, not race gas. Would 18psi be pushing it on pump with these mods, or would i be able to richen it up to compensate with the safc? Thanks.

im also curiuos to see this one, i have RC 550s, 255lph pump, rewire, safc, hard piping, so on and am curiuos, ive seen people run 18 on the street all day with 450s and just have the afc turned rich, i was thinking 19lbs or would fuel cut start to be a problem?

18 should be fine, just check your logger to make sure your timing is still good, and check your injectory duty cycle. If timing advances, lean it out till it stops advancing, then add a lil, just so your always gettin good timing with little knock.

do you mind me asking what your afc settings are for high and low? you never had a prob with fuel cut?

Anything over 16 or 17 psi on 450's, is kinda sketchy.

This is the kind of question that you don't need to ask. Look at your logger. I you're losing timing because of knock, you have a problem. If you're fine, then you're fine.

Also, "all supporting mods" doesn't mean jack shit. Do you have a FMIC? What size is it? Do you have cams? etc....

I'd say like 18-19 psi should be ok, but who knows. Every car is different.

No I cannot as that settup was my first and that was quite a while ago. However it doesnt matter what my AFC settings are at all. I live in Arizona, use 91 octane, drive differently, tune differently, drive a different car and am better looking:p So my afc to yours isnt really anything. 2G maf works great IMO, I dont think much needs to be improved off of it for the price you can get them for (50$). This stopped my fuel cut in every way after upgrading from my hacked 1G, (i later went to a VPC). My theory is that if you have 550's then you can max out the 16G, you dont need anymore injector to do the job that the 16g will put out. Thus I answer your question with the fact that if you have 550's and a afc and FP then its all up to uning and a few other conditions. You can run 15psi you can run 20psi....

Well, I ran 17psi with no problem. Timing was fine (19). It pulled harder in higher rpms, but it still seemed that from 3-4.5 rpm was still lagging.

I ran 20 psi on pump most of last year and early this year on the exact same setup so it *should* be ok. Since you have a logger you will know when you have pushed it too far.
