large injectors w/ maft

Does anyone have the maft w/ larger injectors (660's or larger) Any luck tuning w/ this combo?

I recently installed a set of 780cc ball style injcs. I am also using an SAFC wiht the translator, but have minimal adjustments on it. The translator is doing most of the work. My idle is perfect, part and full throttle are great. I tuned it pretty good a couple weeks ago. Have not had a chance to dyno or track it yet, but it is making a good bit more power over my stock mas/SAFC 625cc setup. Even more impressive, is how much driveability I gained. The car used to stall once in a awhile, and I had some nasty part throttle surge. All those probs are gone. It is the absolute most stock driving car I have ever been in, making in excess of 400whp.

With the 780's, how close are you to the edge of the MAFT's correction range?

Just out of curiosity, how are you sure that it is 400 whp? Not to rain on your parade, I'm just curious.

It isnt even close to maxing out. You could control some HUGE injectors with this thing. I think the global adjustment goes to something like 1200cc injectors. That is insane, but I think 950s could still be controlled very well with the translator and SAFC combo. As far as the HP rating, your right, I dont know. I do, however, know my car very well. I had it dynoed back in DEC. And made 373whp. This was at 25psi and C16. Running very rich(down in the 10:1a/f range). It is stronger now, then it was at that point, wiht the new mods that I have done.
