This is not a full throttle yet I'm tuning it slowly in and at .9 bar (13.75 PSI) of boost.

I hope I can get some 7000 rpm runs tomarrow?
It seems like the 660 are running at 80% at about 6K rpm.

Hmm, I think a log is really useless if it's not done at WOT. Otherwise the ecu could partically still be in closed loop mode, you don't see what your timing bottoms out at when boost hits. The only time I don't log at WOT is if I'm looking at fuel trims. I would say re-run it at WOT.
