timing off on balance shaft

how will your car run if your timing is off on the balance shaft? will it mess up the motor? its off a tooth or two. will my car idle funny or not pull?? is that why my car is running funny???? or was running funny....not running now.....on jackstands

It will vibrate more than it is supposed to.

This really has nothing to do with tuning.

you need to fix it or just remove it.. personaly i would remove it. one less thing to go wrong yea know?
