Black smoke coming out @ 900mV?

I am still trying to tune my car and this is one of questions I have.

I hooked up a multimeter to get O2 reading and I tuned it to get about 900-910mV @ WOT 15psi. What I noticed was that from around 10-11psi, I'm putting out a good size black smoke cloud behind me.

It's a 91 GSX with 90 turbo 4g63. No MAS. No CAT. Have a fuel computer.
3rd gear pull never goes over 800C EGT.

What do you guys think? Should I lean it out? I didn't see black smoke down at 880mV range when I tried it before.
