So after I did a boost leak test to about 15psi (my clamp is broken so tester keeps popping off) and saw no leaks, I did a 3rd gear pull from about 2000rpm to 7000rpm. I am still in the process of calibrating my MAF at Open loop.

Based off the information on link, The MAF calibration were pretty close with-in 7%, it says I am flowing around 42lb/min and my boost gauge was holding steady at 20psi.

Now I have some theories:

I couldn't find any leaks up to 15psi, so I'm still thinking either there are more boost leaks that I couldn't find pass 15psi (stock intercooler piping and smic) and/or the stock smic is horribly clogged and loosing boost.

Another question is based off what my wideband is reading, Am I running richer than the stock 1G map is, or that is how rich the stock 1G ecu map is?

Is it possible that I have no leaks and since I do have a built motor so it is possible that I could be flowing that much?

I mean around that 42lb/min on the log it does pull pretty strong.

here is the log:

And ideas?

Thanks

If your really at 20psi on your boost gauge then your mapcomp is a little off. As it's estimating about 2.5psi over 20. This would explain the really rich A/F ratio combined with the stock fuel map. I'd get the mafcomp lined up a little better and then pull out 5% fuel from 4,000rpm up and see how it does.

P.S Are you saying your doing this on a stock SMIC, because if thats the case, im surprised. I suspect when you start to lean it out you might see knock rear it's head.

That makes sense except the MAF is not calibrated in the richer state but it's the the not calibrated (leaner) state.

Yea, I'm on stock smic and pipes. Mind you it is cold out now. But yea, I will probably start knocking once I calibrate everything and tune for 11.1.

Thanks for the input!
