Car doesn't idle after upgrades. (I've searched)

Hey everyone. I've searched for about a month now back and forth and I can't figure this out. Mods are accurate on file except I haven't installed the wideband yet. A little background on the car is I've been tinkering with it for 3 years now and finally went to start it up. The car will not run or idle. It starts fine...idles high and then shuts down. I can feather the gas and all it will do is idle high. I've checked timing and then pulled 3 codes. 12 13 and 25. Cleaned the mas and checked the connections on the ecu and reset the settings on the safc. I cleared the codes and only 12 came back but then disappeared. I logged the car and o2 sensor looked good but the car was pulling timing 25 degrees. I also noticed that there was 0 knock. Is that normal? The car runs rich (black smoke) and I've replaced the plugs once already. I'm about stomped and ready to let her sit another year! If someone has advice I'd greatly appreciate it!

Oh and to add the ecu is chipped for the injectors with a fresh rebuild from good ol STEVE.

Edit: The mas installed is a 2g mas. I've went over wiring and everything is hooked up correctly.

Can I get a little tuners help in here please???

you might have tried this already but. adjust the BISS on the intake mani. see if that fixes it.
