afr idle lean help.

after replacing my battery, I started the car and while it's idling my wideband goes from 14.7 and creeps up to 22.4 and stays there until I rev it up then it creeps down again then after a minute it goes up again. what's going on?
and also my boost gauge goes up too. from 20 to 10.

also you said your gauge goes from 20 to 10 meaning the vacume when your car does that is the rpm's changing or staying constant
