Wacky Idle?

Ever since my fresh rebuild, I have been having trouble with the idle. When coming to a stop, or if i go straight to neutral in between shifts, the RPMs drop fast and the car sometimes stalls out. Also the idle while sitting still for some reason doesn't seem right to me. On a cold start, the engine tries to idle as if it were warm at 1000 and its sort of rough. On a warm start it idles decent but still something does not look right with the comb FT and O2. I have watched the demos and tried to get it right. The car does have 272 cams. Any suggestions?

could be map pcv or a tiny vaccum leak or iac. but im not real big on 4g63 but after my build i had to deal with the same thing.

Yeah im gona do a BLT to be sure it's not a vac leak. Just seems weird that its only right after I start it tho or when coming to a stop.
