gutting harness is this the c-67 connector?

all the info i find looks different is this it and if so can anyone tell me what the wires are for by color ?

whats it go to? i looked at the wiring diagrams for the eclipse and i don't even see a C-67 listed, according to the manual all of the "C" connectors are under the dash board and are numbered from 1 - 29.
