So, finally got MMCD running again.
My knock count is outrageous @ part throttle.

AFRs were holding 13.1-13.8 with around 10lbs of boost @ 40ish % throttle.
I didnt copy the timing table, it's mad retarded in this switching from +8 to +20 and back in forth during this knock window.

Knock sensor shot?

There's no logical explanation why it would knock.

AFRs are defintely overly rich.
Low boost and part throttle with 20ish degrees of timing.

Just don't really make for a knock ready condition in my mind.

13.8 is way to lean for boost.

Get that down to 11.5 to 12.0.

If you are knocking you needed to add fuel or remove timing.

I dont really understand how 13ish can lean at part throttle.

@ WOT I'm running 10.4-10.6 @ 20lbs.

Maybe if you were running Ethanol but on pump gas that's very lean... Add some fuel like Ceddy said and see where your base timing is at, Your timing in your log is useless if you don't know your base timing

How much fuel are you pulling for your 550's. ...you can get quite abit off timing advance from pulling fuel especially if your that lean under boost

First off all I wanted to be clear, I have major creep issues @ part throttle.

Second, this issue is resolved.

My knock sensor was ooozing badly. Replaced. I redid the fuel a touch and it's sitting @ 10.9AFRs on 92 @ WOT @ 16lbs, 0 knock. Ill crank the boost when I can get some dyno time.

On part throttle now I register less than 2 counts of knock, I added a touch of fuel to richen it to 13:1ish under 3k.

The real problem is I'm running too small of a turbo for my setup and I really need to ditch the afc/logger combo for dsmlink.

glad you fixed the problem but still a little puzzled about the 13.1 afr.... in boost thats just tooo too lean. can you put up a log of ## timing knock rpm load tps and afr if the afr can be loged it will be a hella lot easier to help.
