I will apologize up front for my grammer mistakes. if i had spent as much time studying as i did with woman and cars i'd be a damn genius!
anyways i was looking to get some input from you guys with more experence at tuning than myself.
over the winter my laptop died and i had to get a new one. I lost everything on the old laptop including my tune. so i have been trying to get my pte 880 injectors dialed in again. When i had upgraded to the 880's i had a friend help me get them dialed in. he showed me how to do open loop tuning and i have a good understanding of that. my problem is he did all the closed loop tuning for me last time and i never really learned for my self. Well, this time i am determined to figure it out!
I've been at it for a few weeks now trying different dead times and what not and found the closest i can get the ltft"s is, low : -2.5 and mid: 2.5 with my global set at 49 with a dead time of 225. i started with the settings from the injector guide with global at 48 and dead time at 420 but things were way off so i kept trying different settings and dead times untill i setteled with these.
Now the problem is when i had put the settings back to 49 global and 225 dead time it dosn't seem to want to settle back down to where it was when i had logged it for two days at that setting. anyone have any ideas?
I attached a short log so maybe someone will catch something i'm missing.
Thanks !
