eprom dsmchip now wont start

so i installed a 95 eprom with a dsmchip from jeff changed my plug wires around to the diagram here swapplugwires [ECMTuning - wiki] and it will not start. it cranks but will not fire any ideas?

Swapping plug wires 1&2 and 3&4 should be all you have to do to get it fired up. Triple check they are swapped correctly and that the chip is not installed upside down.

well jeff installed the chip so it should be installed properly

now i just put the stock ecu back in and changed the wires to stock and it still does not fire up seems like it wants to put can't i can smell that its getting fuel now im just really confused

alright changed the plugs and wires and started right up haha.
