safc tuning help

I have a 20g and 660 injectors. I seem to be running really lean ( lots of knock )
the best I can do to not get knock is at -3 on the AFC from 3k up on highs but I know there should be alot more power than I am
getting right now. if I go leaner it knocks worse and if I go richer it stumbles and pops. I have a walbro 255 fuel pump and aftermarket FPR set at 40lbs with no vaccuum at idle. I don't know what else to check, but with 660s I would think my afc settings should be more like -15 or more.
the car is definately not running right.
dyno logs and TMO datalogs available on request.
thanks

Do you have a 1g or 2g? If 1g MAS overrun is a possibility.
