Left lights on, bat. died, lost tune. Help?

I lost my tune and tried to drive the car home. Got about 4 miles then I couldn't go any more. I run FIC 1050's and it was running HOG rich. Now when I start to go it'll wanna stall out and a 3rd gear run will knock like crazy. Just wondering if I could've fouled my plugs.

When I pulled the plugs to take a look I found these. They are gapped .32 btw

i would call the people who tuned your car and see if they can reflash it for you. also if you have a afc turn the fuel down temporarily. might help a little bit.

I reloaded my ecu, it runs fine except for the knocking now. I just put some new plugs in and it feels alot better

Why not just load the tune in from dsmlink on your laptop and change the plugs.
