Just spent the entire night trying to create a data logger cable for Palm emulator and MMCD without any luck whatsoever :mad:. I only get "serial com error" anyone assist me for the love of god. Here is my cable.

I am connecting via a DELL D600 laptop via COM1. Any assistance is appreciated.

The whole connector is viewable from that picture. I'm pretty sure its setup correctly. Let me know if I'm wrong.
 
I received a message from someone that pin 3 and 2 are switched when using a PC. Is this correct :confused:?

Serial:
Anode --> PIN2
Cathode --> PIN3
ground --> PIN5

Diag:
green = data P1
black = ground P12
yellow = diag P10

PC
Serial:
Anode --> PIN3
Cathode --> PIN2
ground --> PIN5

Diag:
green = data P1
black = ground P12
yellow = diag P10
