Why is my ecu throwing these codes?

I hooked up dsmlink for the first time in like 5 months (old lap top died).I checked the codes stored and heres what I got:

100-volume air flow circuit
105-Barometric pressure circuit
110-Intake air temp circuit

I still have the cars original mas is there.It has 150000k on it sp I am assuming it could be faulty (1 of 4 parts under the hood I havent replaced...literly ).But is there anything other than a bad mas that could make my ecu throw these codes?
 
Sounds like you're on the right track. Clear the codes and see if they come back. If they do, replace the maf. Does it run good?

It runs a little rich and the idle sucks.But I am pretty sure my isc is also shot.
