okay so I've reinstalled the palm n' stein software. Hooked it all up, very first time it works. But it freezes after maybe 10 or 15 seconds, then shuts down. After that, i continue to only get the 'no rev' sign. So unless I can get this fixed so I can log, I'm kinda f-ed. I'm reading through the Haynes manual, and in the OBD-II section, I'm thinking that I should take it to the mitsubishi dealership and have the Powertrain Control Module checked. It seems that that piece should be my first suspect.
Has anyone ever had problems with their PCM before or anything causing the OBD-II port to stop working? I even went to AutoZone and borrowed their scan tool, and that wouldn't even connect. Thanks for the help.
Ben
Edit!!! I've just been doing more searching and some people said that there is a fuse you can check to make sure the OBD port is working. Anybody know which fuse it is I can check?
