Are my injectors sticking open?

Okay, I couldnt find any answers to this issue, so here goes.
My car is always too rich throughout its operating range. Not rich enough to blow clouds of black or stall or stutter, but enough to where my gas mileage is crap, my wideband reads 9.0:1 at wot, and when i burn chips for it with 168 deadtime, global at 32, its still way rich. Ive been using tuner pro lately and playing with fuel maps, and i have to go for a target of 12.98:1 to net 11:1 afr @ wot and at idle my o2 trim sits between 50 to 65% with the low trim @ 82.1% and sometimes higher and ive gone as lean as 16:1 afr target in that area of the map on the chip with little to no effect. So, are my injectors not fully closing or flowing far too much?
Ive got no boost leaks, fp is set @ 37 psi with the vac line off and it a full throttle speed reg so its not a cheapo. I just dont get this, really. Any help will be graetly appreciated.

Thanks, Charles

Don't start changing the fuel maps until you have the car doing what the stock maps describe.
They are not a bandaid to errors in the global, deadtime, fuel or air metering problems.

Take a stock image and just make the 2G MAF changes (including the 2G IAT map) then work with the fuel global and deadtime until you can get the trims leveled off in closed loop. Denso 660s are know for being all over the map. If you haven't had your flow tested your asking for problems since some have flowed like 720s and you need a matched (within say 10% worst case) set of injectors for any tuning to work. Once you have the car actually behaving and hitting the target AFR in the stock maps you can make changes to them and have the car be close to what your expecting.

Very good assumption there. I too have been wondering if the maf is a bit off. Its unhacked and all, but only reads 18htz at idle on the logger? I put in an extended maps chip I made using Kyle Terry's guide and now it reads 45 to 50 htz at idle. Is it normal for a 2g maf to read as low as 18htz at idle even with the corrections to the scalar, multiplier and comp made on a chip, or is something amiss? I will try adjusting the global to 720cc and perhaps start with no deadtime added and just let her idle on the stock fuel maps and see where the low trim goes and adjust dt from there, get the low trim close, then run her at wot on the stock maps and low boost to see if i can catch 9.3 to 9.7:1. Sound like a good idea? Also, I was watching timing advance all the way to redline at 22 psi after putting in the extended maps chip and the timing map up top is really weak, I mean, as low as 9 degrees at redline. Isnt that a little dangerous for my poor turbo and cast manifold, not to mention not the best way to make power? I reworked it for 15 degrees up top and get around 6 counts of knock now but I was just curious what you think about the optimized extended base maps in the guide.

Oh, while Im here, I devised a solution to my speed sensor problem since putting in a different cluster didnt fix it, I tried my ecu in a friend's car and the stutter box worked from a stop and not while moving like in my car so the ecu is fine and the code in the chip so either ive got two bad speedos, or a wiring problem but anyhow, i wrote the code at 4f50 so that I only have no lift to shift and stock rev limit everywhere else figuring when im at the track i could have a 55k stutter off the clutch switch in absence of a speed signal to the ecu. So, i cut the wire at pin 104 on the plug going into the ecu, spliced a wire from there to the black and green wire from the switch after cutting that wire. Wire from ecu is hooked onto the black/green wire on the SWITCH side, the "car" side of the wire is insulated and out of the way.
Problem is, it still tries to go to 7500 when i hold the clutch to the floor and rev. I dont have to depress the clutch to start anymore though. As far as i know I did this right and the code in the chip is 100% correct so I just dont get this. Any wiring changes with my car being a 90 or no?

Well, sorry that was so long and a little off topic. I really appreciate your help.

Thanks, Charles

Update. Last night I put stock fuel and timing maps into a chip with all the 2g maf compensations and set the injector global for 720cc. I got the car all warmed up and let her idle for 20 mins or so while watching the o2 and low trims. It was close, but by taking 7 to 8% fuel out with the afc, it leveled perfect at 100 to 101% LT. So, I bumped the global to 800cc and let her idle again with the afc zeroed out for 10 mins or so and she stayed right around 100% LT.
Time for a little drive and with the boost controller off and boost creeping from 8 to 14 psi at wot, Ive got 19 degrees timing,0 knock, and around 61% idc, and the afr is almost dead on at 9.3:1 to 9.5 or 9.7:1 at wot. Cruise and lighter acceleration showed the fuel map lining up nicely too. However, at 19psi and 24psi Im still getting 19 degrees, 0 knock, and now as expected with the higher boost ive got 83% idc, but the wot map starts @9.3:1 at the onset of boost and climbs leaner, up to 10.7:1. Should the fuel map still keep up at those boost levels and stay in the mid to high 9s, or do i still need to make a small adjustment somewhere? I dont mind the 10.7:1 afr as i will be running 11:1 later but I just want to have my overzealous 660cc injectors dialed in as close as possible first.

Thanks, Charles
