fuel pressure regulator question

I was going over some of the vacuum lines on the car today, and i found what it looks like a brasss t fitting with a button on one end of the t fitting.This is on the vacuum line that goes to my adjustable fpr does anybody know what this is i can post pic if it helps.. i tried searching but couldnt come up with anything

Probably a one way valve or pressure release valveof some sort. Post a pic.

Maybe the stock fuel pressure solenoid. It usually on (open) when the engine is cold. You can hear it hissing when its open. You can use them to build a boost controller by allowing either wastegate boost or MBC boost.

My imagination may not be locked and loaded right now . A 'brass t-fitting w/ a button on one end' looks like a manual boost controller in my head right now. . . Having such a device in line with the FPR is rediculous and could be costly. So, a pic would help.

Probably a tap from a previously installed boost guage is my bet.

Im thinking its a checkvalve of some sort.Because it has a green button on top of it, but why its on the fuelpressure regulator boost refrence side i dont know. If it would ever quit raining i would get some pics.
