I installed a MAFT on 91 gsx. Heres how i had it set

AUX 0
BASE 2
IDLE 0
MID 0
WOT 0

when i had it set to this the car was runing extremly rich as shown on my datalogger!
As soon as i would touch the gas it the car would bog down and wanna die!

Were should i set these settings? I am pretty much stock other then free mods.

are u running blowthru or drawthru(gm maf in stock location)?

if u are running drawthru are u venting your stock bpv?

check for boost leaks?

what size maf are u running, 3in or 3.5in?
dip switches should be set for 3in maf ( switches 1&2 off (pointing down)

for 3.5in maf
(switch 1 on(up position), switch 2 off.

the settings you currently have are for a stock 1g setup, with a 3" MAF. www.fullthrottletech.com to find out which settings are for a 3.5". I am not familiar with those settings, so im not going to supply you with inaccurate information. good luck dude.

Was it the gasket the tb elbow to throttle body, or the tb to manifold?, or the tb shaft seals there are alot of places they can leak near the Throttle body, let us know after u fix the leak, then u can try out the maft again and go from there, once your certain you dont have any boost leaks

Thanxs for the help its was both gaskets leakin. Im gonna go buy news ones tomorrow put them in and see if i can find any more leaks!! Ill let you guys know how it goes.

My car was also running horrible until I fixed the throttle body shaft seals and both gaskets on the throttle body. The Fuel trims were all over 100%.

go for knock counts, narrowband o2 sensors arent very accurate for tuning purposes

post up a log.
