Hey guys recently my palm to a crap on me so i decided to go with the laptop as my main way of logging... so i went out and got the keyspan serial to usb cable and downloaded the palm emulator software to run on my laptop.. everything went smooth and the computer ran the emulator perfectly except for the graphing part... on the top it will show all the sensors.. rpm, o2, knock the whole deal... but for some reason it will not graph... and without the grpah theres no way for me to go back and look at the logs... we i go to view logs that ive made its blank.. any help is great... :thumb:

Which logger software are you using with the emulator? Have you tried to adjust the transfer speed of the logger software yet?
I use an emulator myself with mmcd 1.8.

yeah im also using mmcd 1.8... yeah i believe ive tried messing with the rates but no luck... everything else seems to be working fairly well except for the graph... its just blank and wont graph anything..

Check your version of 1.8. I believe that it is up to 1.8g. Some of those versions had some bugs so I would try re installing the mmcd and update the version if it isnt current.

Here is the version I use. Here are a couple of other questions for you...
If you dont try and use graph and just set up the 4 different smaller windows will it display the info in those windows?
to try this de-select the graph function and select the sensors you would like to see. If it will allow you to do that see if it will graph after that.

Still sounds like you have gotten a buggy copy and may need to re-install the mmcd prc. Also, I have noticed that you have to select the log box or it will not save.
