Need Fuel tuning help

I just installed the spoolinup afpr and look it this log. this was at 20psi I added a bunch of fuel but maybe it's still not enough

Here are my high setting:

4.5k -31 5k -23 6k -21 7k -20

I get 15 deg at 4.5k then a 5k it plummets to 5deg and only gets back up to 13 deg by redline. Any help from S-afc tuners

Later,

What is the base pressure set at for the Adj. FPR? Injectors are rated at 43psi, so I would set it to that. Make sure you set it properly. What are your EGTs? O2s?

It is at 42 right now. Egt's are 860-880C in third gear and O2 sensor is busted so my O2's are 1.0-1.02 volts.

What rpm you get full spool? Why is there such a big delta going from 4.5k to 5k? Big delta are known to cause knocks.

Ok boost is down to 1.3 bar and timing is back up. I think I was just too greedy on the boost before but now the car is running as great as it can for haveing a busted O2 sensor that's getting replaced on friday and my new O2 elim DP is getting installed so I will probably be tuning again.

Solve all your fuel problems...

To MuttedTSiAWD, It may be your fuel line, which is literally half the diameter of your fuel rail. Once you get into serious HP, even if you have good Fuel Pressure and fuel mods, your Number 1 may be running lean as it isn't getting the VOLUME it needs.

What level Mutt do you have?? If you have head work and Cams and over 20PSI, what happens is all the fuel is comming into a larger pipe, Think a straw flowing into a sewer pipe, and you are peobably starving your number one, so it knocks, so your timing retards, and you lose HP.

Stock fuel line is a -4, if you upgrade to -8, twice the size, then you will have enough fuel for 1000HP, plus no starvation. Basically you may need more volume in your car, try a new fuel line and your timeing may never be better after that.

Also-E-MAIL ME!!!!

I have a MF1 Level 1 with Fmic, full exhaust, ported manny, 02, fuel pump but stock injectors, my AFC goes in tomorrow, can you give me some numbers on and AFC to setr to stock injectors?

I will get a Spoolinup soon, but I have to wait for the 2G's to come out,

my e-mail is
umiami80@hotmail.com, any info would be great, thanx.

i think this will help you alot for tuning with S-AFC, it has a basic setting for 2g DSMs as well. Enjoy.

Thanks, I've looked at that before alot. I'm so past that point now. I narrowed it down to too much heat. I have it at 1.3bar and everything is fine. I get great advance. Never below 10deg up to about 19-20 deg and 7k.
