VR4 EPROM ECU in a 1g or 2g???

Will the ECU out of a VR4 work in either the 1g or 2g????

I have one that has an EPROM and wondered if anyone has tried this as a solution for the 2g guys who (I think) have a tough time finding EPROM ECU's??

If you're referring to the Galant VR4 ecu, it will plug into a 1g but it uses a different maf sensor. You would need an Safc, a chip, or Dsmlink to be able to run it with no problems. If you were to use it with no tuning methods, it would run pretty lean compared to a stock ecu.

Yes, I'm refering to a Galant VR4 ECU. Thanks for the response.

No, not without a bit of wiring mods to the car or ECU.
