Get it set up for the 660's. It is better to run a little rich than run a little lean on startup. Although, that much probably won't make a whole lot of difference. All the initial settings are for is the first start up. And you don't even need that. The motor does not need to be started to change anything. You can change the injector size, MAS, or anything very easily. So don't worry.

I agree, get it set for 660's. There is only a 1-2% difference in the global settings between 660 and 650, so it won't make that big of a difference either way.

Yea, who cares!? it doesn't matter. You're proabably going to bigger injectors with your SC61 later anyway. If you ever want to push that turbo...

you may want to get inverted CAS too. Just one less thing you have to change when you take the batt out.

What does invert cas mean?? im assuming it has something to do with the 6 bolt cam sensor and the 7 bolt cam and crank sensor i did the 6 bolt swap my self and changed over the 7 bolt cam and crank sensor to teh 6 bolt cam sensor liek it says to on all the sites! SO what advantage is this invert cas?? Please tell me thanks!

You nailed it. 95-96 have diffrent cas and do NOT need to invert the cas.

Incorrect . Probably not an option for the 1g model but it is an option for 2g's.

Your thinking backwards, setting it for a larger injector will reduce the global setting, giving less fuel, making the car run leaner.
Like has been said these are the initial settings only & can be changed to whatever you want, via your laptop (or palm). It is a good idea to have the defaults set to your setup because if your battery dies it will revert to the origional settings. Not a problem if you have your laptop in the car to change them but if you don't you will have to run the car with those settings till you can get it.

Well show me the link where you can select invert cas as a default option when you order it? I just checked DSMLink.com and acted like i was going to order a 2g setup and nope nothing about getting the invert cas as a default... you can invert the cas in the system when you get it in the mail but you can't have it already inverted when you plug it in for the first time or when your batter is disconnected/dies.

Not sure where you checked, go down to the bottom where the options are. Now look right after the rev limit & right before the MAF option, says CAS, then there is a check box if you want it inverted.
Maybe I'm wrong, I only ordered my dsmlink with the invert CAS option

Well I'll be a monkey's uncle! My badness. I clicked on the 1g order page even though i went to go check the 2g order page. Must be a force of habit. Before i got myt dsmlink, i would click on the 1g order page and dream of clicking submit . . .

Don't quote me on this but Im not sure if you need the invert CAS option as you have a 6bolt, isn't their CAS the same as the 95-96? I thought this was only needed when swapping a 95 ecu into a 97-99. You will have to change the spark plug firing order, swap wires 1 with 2 & 3 with 4.
